Christian Perry

Christian Perry, co-founder of I Love Greenwich, a trusted local resource for residents and those exploring life in Greenwich, brings insider knowledge, global reach, and a genuine connection to the community he serves. He is the owner of Grand Development and an agent with Sotheby’s International Realty.
His work is driven as much by lived experience as by professional credentials. A lifelong equine enthusiast, Perry owns a Gypsian horse named Versailles and remains actively involved in the equestrian world, inspired by his family’s shared passion for horses. He is currently laying the foundation for his son Grantham’s dream by developing a future youth Greenwich polo team, blending tradition, sport, and legacy through the Greenwich Polo Academy.
Before entering real estate, Perry worked in the financial sector with Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Manager, bringing a disciplined, investment-minded approach to high-value property transactions. He holds a master’s degree from the New York Institute of Technology and is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, the Greenwich Association of Realtors, Greenwich MLS, and SmartMLS.
Perry previously owned four ballroom dance studios in California, a long-standing passion that led to a career as a professional dancer and choreographer. He worked with Dancing With the Stars and is recognized as an award-winning film and television choreographer and ballroom dancer. He also served within the Directors Peer Group of the Television Academy (Emmys) and successfully owned and sold a chain of ballroom studios in Los Angeles—experiences that shaped his distinctive blend of discipline, creativity, and performance under pressure.
Perry’s life reflects a commitment to leadership, service, and excellence. He has served—and continues to serve—on multiple community boards, including the YMCA, First Tee, Scouting America (Vice President of Membership), and The Civil Air Patrol, where he holds the rank of Second Lieutenant and participates in search-and-rescue operations. He is also a licensed recreational pilot.
At home, Perry enjoys family time with his wife, Annette, and their two children, often taking leisurely horse-drawn carriage rides through mid-country Greenwich. Deeply appreciative of Greenwich’s cultural and geographic diversity, he approaches every relationship with warmth, precision, and a shared appreciation for elevated living—both in and out of the saddle.
